Book a planning callGood travel starts with knowing what matters to you.
A quiet few days by the water, a hotel you've always wanted to visit or a family trip with a few stops. Tell me what you have in mind, and I'll help you work out the rest.
Meet Dan →How I work
Tell me about the trip
We'll talk about who's traveling, where you're considering, your budget and what matters most to you.
We agree on the next steps
I'll explain how I can help, what I'll handle and whether a planning fee applies. Hotel-only bookings have no planning fee.
I research and make recommendations
I'll recommend hotels and help shape the trip around your priorities. For trips with more than one stop, I'll work through the route, timing and transfers.
More from your hotel stay
Through my hotel partnerships, eligible bookings may include breakfast, a hotel credit and other benefits. I'll explain what's included with the rate I recommend. Upgrades and early or late checkout depend on availability.
Hotel-only bookings have no planning fee.
Meet Dan
I'm Dan, a travel advisor based on Long Island with my husband and daughter. Hotels are usually where I start, followed closely by where to eat.
I plan trips for couples and families, with close attention to where you stay, how you get around and how much you actually want to fit into each day.

What clients say
Dan found us a hotel in Rome we never would have discovered on our own. The upgrade, the breakfast, the welcome amenity — it all felt effortless. We've already booked our next trip through him.
Sarah & Tom
Rome & the Amalfi Coast
I've used big booking sites for years. Working with Dan was a completely different experience. He asked the right questions, pushed back when something wasn't right for us, and the trip was better for it.
Michael R.
Tokyo & Kyoto
We were planning a multi-generational trip with three generations and a lot of opinions. Dan kept it organized, kept everyone happy, and found properties that worked for all of us.
